The Hoperation Fund is a student-led charitable investment fund that raises money, invests in the stock market, and donates the profits to nonprofits that are often overlooked—especially those working in human welfare, environmental protection, and education in underserved regions.
We also aim to close the gap between school and real life by helping students learn the essential skills schools often neglect—like saving, budgeting, and investing—so they can take charge of their financial future.

(2025. 10) The Hoperation Fund meeting for October has been canceled. Meetings will resume on November 2.
(2025. 8) This summer, Hoperation Fund members achieved remarkable milestones with the support of our advisors and student parents: two students submitted AI papers to top international conferences, two students got internships at a leading hedge fund and a major telecom company, and three students won Finovate Hackathon Competition awards. We also visited a few schools in underprivileged regions, and organized three workshops on personal finance and investment — a summer of growth and impact!
(2025. 7) The latest recipient of our donation is Libuton Elementary School in Manukan, Philippines. A recent unexpected flood severely damaged the school’s old fence and swept away several students—who were fortunately rescued safely. In response, Hoperation Fund provided financial support to help build a new, high-quality concrete fence to better protect the students and teachers. Read the full story here.
