2026 Regular Meetings
The Hoperation Fund hosts regular meetings at least once per month. During each meeting, we provide updates on the fund's operational status, investment performance, stock market analysis, and any ongoing projects within the Fund. Additionally, we have finance and investment lectures.

This meeting reviewed Hoperation Fund’s 2025 activities in fundraising, investing, charity, and education, followed by a guest talk by Dr. Jing Wan titled “Inside Data Science: Career Paths and Future Trends.” The meeting concludes with a stock market analysis and a 2026 forecast.

This meeting reviewed Hoperation Fund’s April activities across fundraising, investing, charitable giving, and financial education, followed by a discussion of recent market trends and the latest financial news. The financial lecture covered S&P 500 sectors and sector ETFs, stock market and economic cycles, and how sector ETFs can be used to identify different stages of the stock market.

This meeting reviewed Hoperation Fund’s May activities across fundraising, investing, charitable giving, and financial education. In this meeting, we first revealed the Hoperation Fund's market top warning signal. In 2021, this signal accurately warned of the upcoming 2022 bear market, helping members of our former financial investment club, the predecessor of the Hoperation Fund, avoid significant capital losses. The financial lecture covered Commodities and Commodity ETFs, Bonds and Bond ETFs, REIT and REIT ETFs.

Online Meeting
The meeting provides an update on Hoperation Fund’s investment portfolio in July, which has undergone significant changes. Approximately half of the Fund’s capital has been allocated to a new portfolio constructed using an empirical asset pricing method combining AI and value investing. This strategy is designed to generate strong returns while maintaining relatively low volatility. You can learn more about the strategy in my blog post here. Online Meeting
During this session, the President Olivia shared updates on the Hoperation Investment Portfolio and discussed recent stock market situation. Members then completed a financial literacy diagnostic assessment to evaluate their current knowledge. Finally, AP Isabella led a financial literacy lecture covering essential concepts, including the time value of money, the power of compounding, and an introduction to stocks.
