The Hoperation Fund currently has the following open positions. All members are strongly encouraged to apply.
Vice President of Chapters
The Hoperation Fund is building a nationwide movement that combines financial literacy, real-world investing, and charitable giving. To continue expanding, we are now opening Vice President (VP) of Chapter positions in major cities and regions.
Responsibilities of the VP of Chapter:

Chapter Leadership and Recruitment

Serve as the main point of contact between the local chapter and the national leadership team.

Recruit at least 5 new members in your local area including both students or/and adult per year.

Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for new members and help integrate them into the organization.

Organize and lead regular chapter meetings or meetups as needed to maintain member engagement.

Establish and oversee a city-based chapter team, with potential roles such as Event Coordinator, Communications Lead, and Fundraising Lead.

Fundraising Strategy and Event Execution

Work with the President, help set and achieve fundraising goals for the chapter

Support the President in planning and executing local fundraising events such as sales drives, investment workshops, or charity campaigns.

Identify and approach local sponsors, businesses, or donors to support the Hoperation Fund activities.

Submit quarterly fundraising reports to the national team, including funds raised, expenses, and donor acknowledgments.

Community Engagement and Advocacy

Promote Hoperation Fund’s mission through public speaking, school announcements, or local youth groups.

Actively advocate for the Hoperation Fund to raise awareness, attract donations, and increase community impact.

Encourage and seek out local media coverage of chapter events and initiatives.

Training and Development

Complete mandatory leadership training (provided by Hoperation Fund) and ensure chapter officers are trained in their roles.

Attend monthly virtual meetings with the President and the national leadership team to coordinate efforts and align strategies.

Share chapter updates, best practices, and challenges with the national leadership team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Each applicant submits an application that includes:

Why they want to be VP of Chapter

Their leadership or volunteering experience

How they plan to recruit members and raise awareness locally
-
Ideas for fundraising or educational events

Attach a resume of the applicant
