About
The Hoperation Fund is a student-led charitable investment fund that raises money, invests in the stock market, and donates the profits to nonprofits that are often overlooked—especially those working in human welfare, environmental protection, and education in underserved regions.
We also aim to close the gap between school and real life by helping students learn the essential skills schools often neglect—like saving, budgeting, and investing—so they can take charge of their financial future.

In this talk, he will introduce the fundamentals of private equity, including how PE funds are structured, how value is created through active ownership, and the main investment strategies, such as venture capital, growth equity, buyouts, and real estate private equity. He will also discuss why private equity matters in today’s economy and share insights from his own fund, Wentworth Capital LLC, to illustrate how private equity works in practice.
